We started off the day doing a bunch of errands. We drove to KUYF to pick up a case of mineral oil in preparation to remove the preservative oil put in at the factory.
I also had to change bulbs in a couple of the work lights in the hangar ceiling.
While I was working on the baffle, Janice continued sanding on the cowl bottom.

Cleco the CB-1011A Front Baffle to the two holes in the tab on the CB-1010B Stiffener.
Match-Drill #30 the three holes in the lower flange of CB-1011A Front Baffle into the CB-1010A Fwd Right Air Ramp. Final-Drill #30 the two holes common between the front baffle and the CB-1010B Stiffener.
Remove the CB-1011A Front Baffle and deburr the holes and edges. Deburrthe holes drilled in the CB-1010A Fwd Right Air Ramp and the CB-1010B Stiffener.
Rivet the CB-1011A Front Baffle to the CB-1010A Fwd Right Air Ramp and CB-1010B Stiffener using the rivets called out
