We started the session by trimming the fiberglass headliner inserts from Aerosport Products. We had to trim the foward and top edges. The other two edges are being left untrimmed until the cabin cover is mounted in the fuselage and the interior panels are installed. Like most things with the RV, the first one took an hour and the second one took about ten minutes.
We cleaned up all the dust and debris, then applied another coat of Loehle Wonder-Fil. We finished off by wiping with a tack cloth before shooting another coat of primer. Except for a couple runs, it looks pretty good. The next session I'll sand out the runs and start applying the top coat.
