Finished reducing the diameter of some hardware store bolts to fit the spars to the carry thru prior to reaming to final size for the NAS bolts. I chucked the bolts in the chuck of my verticle mill and ran a file on them. It took a while but worked fine. Alao started deburring the spar carry thru parts.
