Rolled the forward edge of both flap skins with the help of a couple friends. Used 2" EMT as reccommended in a couple of other's build logs instead of the 1.5" in the instructions. This worked perfectly! Fitted the skin to the left flap and drilled to #40 and then to #30. Removed the skin and beburred. Final riveted the assembly.
