Brief Description:  Wing sail installation

Before sliding the sail on, slide the mylar into the leading edge. If it is a little oversized, trim off what is required. We had to trim it down to about 13 inches before it would fit.

The sail is slid on from the wing tip. Make sure to use baby powder on the front and trailing edge spar. 2 individuals help with this process. if you can create a spot to keep the root of the leading edge in place, this will allow you to push on the triling edge toward the root in order to sizer the wing so the sail will slide on easily.

The first sail took about 2/3rds of a day, and the 2nd one took about 1.5 hours.

Do not fully tighten up the cross brace at this time, simply connect them.
