Brief Description: Installed the bottom batten support sleeve
The best approach is to mark the location where the support sleeve will attach after the bottom batten is installed, then remove the entire batten sleeve and put the sleeve in place off of the aircraft. Then slide the batten support sleeve back up through the sail fastening string on the bottome of the fuselage. Makes it easy to cut the slot where the tie wrap goes around the batten.
