This weekend was devoted to getting the forward fuselage side panels put together. It all laid out as per plans -- working slowly and measuring everything several times. The only real glitch I ran into is that Sonex sent me two left side F15-07 flap mount brackets, even though one was marked as a right side part. Luckily I figured it out before drilling any holes to mount it.
During layout I would drill holes in my work table through the parts and cleco everything to it; that kept everything flat and straight.
