Brief Description: Forward HS Spar Channels and Second HS Clip
I finished sizing the horizontal stabilizer channels for the forward spar. I really just had to cut them to the proper length (35 22/32" from the end of the channel cut).
I also sized and bent the second stabilizer clip from 0.063" aluminum sheet. This one seemed easier than the first and the bend looks a bit more uniformly radiused. It's a hair wider and longer (we're taling a milimeter or so) on the longest side than the template in the plans, but it matches dimensions on the first one I made perfectly. I figure uniformity is more important than being dead-on to the plans in every respect.
