Brief Description: Reason for remaking wing attachment upright
If this sounds like the last post, that's because it is. On this night of frustration, I went to insert my left wing jig, only to discover that the top portion of the jig would not fit into the center spar. After scratching my head for a minute, I figured out that I had pushed in too firmly on the left aft attachment upright, putting extra pressure on the top track of the center spar. Once I removed the wing attachment, the jig slid in as before. So, now I will remake and reinstall the wing attachment upright, being careful to put minimal pressure on the back side of the center spar. This was all my fault, so I can't blame anyone else. Thank goodness I'm a scratchbuilder and can make these parts and not be forced to order them.
