Brief Description: Completed Horizontal Tail Frames and laid out skin
Assembled the front and rear Horizontal Tail Frames, including the fairlead. When I went to attach the two frames and Z angle, I discovered that the CNC'd holes of the flanges didn't match with the rivet line on the bottom skin. I sent an email to Tom Henderson with details and will wait for a response.
