Using the approach suggested by Mark and David on www.ch601.org, I bent both nose skins today. This is the method that uses your 12 foot work table as a bending brake. Fortunately, AJ and Tom were both here this weekend, so we had two extra sets of hands. Very important when manipulating a massive work table over two rolled up tubes of .025" sheet aluminum. The results were amazing. Now if I can just get them installed in one piece without the proverbial smiley.
