Brief Description: Started placing nose ribs

Fairly straightforward process, but it takes three hands to hold drill, hold backing block and make sure the nose rib is flat against the spar. I only ended up drilling the 1st nose rib, and will ask Joy for help holding the rib secure on #2 to #7.
