Brief Description:  Work on wing rib forms

Because I was using the DWG files from the www.601org website, I thought it would be best to triple check all dimensions. Form by form I checked lightening hole size and location, drilled 1/4" holes in the center of each, and marked the relief crimp locations. Next I carefully inspected each form for additional sanding required. The next step was to put a radius on the matching inside edges of the forms with a 1/8" roundover router bit. Then I set up the sander for the 10 degree chamfering (allowing spring back when forming the ribs). I only did one rib because I was getting maxed out on work in the shop. Before quitting for the day, however, I did sand out the 25 degree relief crimps on the #9 rib form. One down, eight to go!
