Because so much is dependent upon the alignment of the spar cap angles, I took my sweet time on this step. Measuring a .5mm gap along 10+ feet of distance is time-consuming and can practically make you cross-eyed. The bottom spar cap angle, on the other hand, is designed to overhang by 5.5mm. This would be easier if it were a 90 degree bend, but it is not so you have to measure from the bend tangent. That, too, can be tricky. All that being said, I was quite pleased with the end result. When I test fit the spar tip that I adjusted to 218mm, it matched perfectly.
