Brief Description: Cleaned and primed center spar parts
Using two grits of sand paper and the ScotchBrite buffing wheel, I removed scratches and imperfections in the spar caps and web flanges. Because these parts are not interior surfaces (like the inside of the rudder, stabilizer, etc.), I elected to use spray Zinc Chromate primer from PTI. It took the entire can because I gave the parts a more thorough coat than interior surfaces. I'm now ready to rivet, hopefully tomorrow evening.
