Brief Description: Calculated bend lines for flap skins
Using my bend line calculator and several iterations with test strips, I believe I was able to figure out the formula for making more than two bends. In the case of wing flaps, there are three bends resulting in four lengths that must be precise. In my final test strip, the calculations were absolutely perfect. In the next day or so I hope to reduce this to an Excel spreadsheet that can be tested and maybe published to the websites for Dave Clay and CH601.org..
