Brief Description: Completed Flap and Aileron Rib Forms
After putting on a new bandsaw blade (Sears 1/4" 6 TPI) and adjusting the saw, I was able to return to my project in full force. The bandsaw worked beautifully on the form blocks and I then completed them by sanding, routing and beveling both. Ready to cut rib blanks soon. I also learned a new trick for sanding the bevel. Use a flat permanent marker and color the flat edges (after routing). In that way, you see the color disappear as you get closer to the edge of the flat portion leading up the radius. Works like a charm.
