I started having a lot of trouble getting my engine started due to the starter cluch not engaging the pinion gear to the ring gear reliably.
After removing, lubing, retesting the original starter clutch, and a couple phone calls to Jabiru tech support, I ended up buying a new one. That's right, I said buy. Though my engine has less then one hour on it, there has been too much time since purchase for them to cover the starter clutch.
The new cluch is similar, but difinitely different.
