I hate to admit it, but these bellcranks were difficult for me make. I wanted them to actuate freely, and every time I would tighten the bolts then would bind.
I ended up buying a bunch of bushings (they're cheap), and an adjustable reamer. It took many tried, but I finally figured out how to get them just right.
The trick I found, was to repress the bushings once the part was assembled. I did this in a vice with a socket (as in socket wrench) over each bolt. This got it all alightn. Just have to be carefull not to press to hard and mar the aluminum
