Today I finished final reaming leading edge. I then match drilled the inboard z-brackets through baffle and rib flange holes (photo 1), removed the leading edge, and match drilled the outboard z-bracket. After removing the tank skin and interior ribs, I match drilled the interior z-brackets through the baffle holes.
I then partially reassembled the tank and match reamed tank rib aft flanges through the baffle (photo 2).
After disassembling the tank, I deburred the z-brackets, joint plate, tank and leading edge ribs, baffle, and interior of tank skin.
I also dimpled the tank ribs (photo 3). Lesson learned: Don't seal the BNC connector for the tank sender before dimpling the rib. It makes one hole a b***h to dimple...
