Brief Description:  Left Tank (Final) Leak Test

Last Sunday evening, after resealing the leaky manometer connection on the vent line, I left 1 psi on the tank (Photo 1). Yesterday, it was down about 1/4 to 1/3 psi, and no change from that this evening. Afer repressurizing, I could see the manometer dropping very slowly, so I applied soapy water to every seam and rivet. The only leak evident was coming from between layers of tape over the fuel cap... the same fuel cap that didn't leak at all during the initial balloon test. I don't understand that, but I'm calling this tank good.
