Started enlarging the flap push rod holes. Ran motor to both ends of the range and marked the position of holes in the torque tube arms on the fuselage. Removed flap actuator so I could manually operate the torque tube.
Drilled a 7/16 hole at the prepunched location. This will have to be opened up a bit for the nut on the pushrod to clear, but should be good enough to get the pushrod through and elongate the hole forward for clearance.
