Replaced spherical bearing I. Copilot side of F-663. Readjusted so sticks are parallel (18-9/16” all the way up).
Reassembled control column with final hardware except for the cotter pins to secure the AN310 castellated nuts on the stick pivot (couldn’t find them). I had to grind one stick pivot tube slightly to square it up so it wouldn’t interfere with the sides of the clevis in the cross tube. Also had to add one 960-4L washer to shim up the bronze bushing in the clevis in the cross tube.
