Brief Description: Aft and Center Fuselage Sections
More miscellaneous stuff before joining the fuselage sections and adding the side skins.
Installed two nutplates on the inboard flange of both vertical members of the F-705 bulkhead.
Riveted the aft flanges of the F-715 outboard ribs to the F-705 bulkhead. I also put the bolts through these parts, but I couldn't locate my small inch-pound torque wrench for the final tightening.
At one point in the fuselage chapter they recommend leaving the seat and baggage floors installed to maintain rigidity of the center section, so I re-clecoed them as far as I could and still have adequate access to the lower part of the F-706 bulkhead.
After going over the fuselage chapter in the build manual, I was not able to find anything that HAS to be done, so I rejoined the aft and center fuselage sections and reinstalled the main longerons.
Still ruminating on whether or not to rivet in the F-720 armrests before installing the F-770 side skins. I think I'll ask those who've gone before over at VAF.
