Brief Description:  Center and Forward Fuselage

I started today by getting the replacement center fuselage skin clecoed in place for riveting (photo 1). I found 4 holes on the left outboard baggage ribs that would not hold a 3/32 cleco, so I drilled them out to #30 and dimpled the rib and skin for same. Karen helped me maneuver the skin in the DRDT-2 for dimpling. I'm now ready for the next time Hal Lyons (a local RV-7 builder/flyer) has time to help me do some riveting.

I then edge deburred, and then reamed and countersunk the #40 holes in the F-704H center section bulkhead side plates (photo 2). I still have yet to countersink the forward fuselage angles.
