Today I received from Brown Tool the first ever right angle drill I've ever owned (photo 1). I really like the Sioux palm drill I've had for 16 years, so I stuck with that brand. I don't think I'll be disappointed.
My first job with the new tool was match drilling the inboard forward floor stiffeners to the F-601J engine mount angles (photo 2).
I've been through the instructions several times, and I've convinced myself that drilling is complete and the fuselage is ready for disassembly (photo 3).
New Sioux right-angle drill.
The last holes in this stage of building the fuselage are done.
