Adjusted the master cylinders to their shortest length. With this adjustment and moving the rudder bars to their center position I think I can get full rudder travel without dragging a brake. I’ll Be able to tell better when I get the rudder, cables, and brakes installed. For now I’m going to hold no off on the rudder pedal extensions.
Checked fit of the F-6118 center rudder pedal brace, drilled and deburred the lightening holes, and deburred the edges. I decided not to trim for length (photo 1).
