Final drilled and deburred rivet holes in the flange of the replacement F-710 bulkhead, and deburred edges. (Since the side and bottom skins are already dimpled, there is no practical way to drill it to the existing holes).

Also final fit the ends of the F-710B angle to fit snugly between the longerons. The plans leave the angle about 1/16 inch short, and edge distance for the outboard holes for attaching stabilizer through this part is minimal.
