Dimpled the most inboard holes in both HS-702 front spar channels. Countersunk the two center holes in both the HS-710 and HS-714 splice angles corresponding to the dimpled holes in the front spar channels.(photo 1)
Deburred all rivet holes in the spar channels and splice angles.
Trimmed both HS-00006 inboard nose ribs to fit around the HS-714, deburred all edges, and squared the flanges. Even after squaring the flanges these ribs are perfectly flat and will not require fluting. (photo 2)
