Brief Description: Flap Skin Trim; Aileron Install and Rig
Trimmed left flap top skin to clear fuselage by 1/8 inch.
Final installed left aileron. Lots of fiddling with washer wrenches. Found it best to stick washers in place with fuel lube.
Temporarily installed both aileron push tubes in left wing and performed the first control surface actuation from the cockpit. NOTE TO SELF: REPLACE PUSHROD BOLT ON LEFT AILERON. INADVERTENTLY TORQUED TO 50 IN LB INSTEAD OF 25!!!
