Todays task was to re-hang the ailerons so that the full-up flap positon could be checked relative to them. After much fiddling trying to get the various washers and spacers in place, I found that, for whatever reason, they didn't go back the way they were fit with the wing off the fuselage. In 2.3 hours I only managed to get the left aileron and the inboard side configured with all the right spacers and washers. A new set of washer wrenches helped, but weren't as easy to use as I'd hoped. I think my old tried-and-true method of sticking the washers and spacers in place with EZ-Turn fuel lube would have been easier, but I had loaned my tube to a friend. Next time...
