Tonight I started countersinking the holes in the right longeron. I got about halfway through the tailcone section when I noticed that each countersink was causing the longeron to get warm. I thought maybe I had drilled the holes undersize then I noticed that the pilot on the countersink was scored. I'm not sure how that happened, but I will be ordering a new one.
