Brief Description: Aft Fuselage Disassembly and Deburring

Today was forward progress, though visually a setback. After drilling, the aft fuselage (as with every other assembly on the airplane) has to be disassembled, the holes and edges deburred, and holes dimpled before final riveting of the assembly.
I'm starting to get a bit of tendonitis in my right elbow, so I used my pneumatic cleco pistol for the vast majority of the disassembly work. The pneumatic tool to me is easier to use for removing clecos than for installing them, especially, as I have only one air line in my shop.
After I devinlyed the J-channels and the inside of the skins, and deburred the holes in same, as well as the holes in both sides of the bulkhead flanges, up to but not including the main longeron area. I'll remove strips of vinyl on the outside of the skins and deburr those holes before dimpling, but after prepping and priming the inside of the rivet lines. This is a slight departure from my usual process, as I still haven't given up on eventually being able to polish the airplane and want to minimize scratching on the outer surfaces.
