Brief Description:  Right Wing - Aileron Hinge Brackets

Tonight I got restarted on fitting a new W-413B-R plate on the inboard aileron hinge bracket assembly for the right wing, to replace the one I had countersunk too deeply earlier. To assure proper alignment, I put the aileron hinge bearing between the two plates and clecoed the plates together. I then clecoed the angles on, reamed the new plate to them, then fit the assembly to the rear spar at the inboard aileron position. I had to radius the forward corner of the bracket assembly to clear a skin to spar rivet.

I then clecoed the outboard hinge bracket assembly to the spar doubler, match reamed the holes through the doubler and spar, then match drilled the holes through the aft end of the outboard rib. When the shop warms up a bit, I'll prime the faying surfaces and attach the two brackets.
