My goal today was to finish initial assembly and final reaming of both ailerons. I got the right one complete, but had a problem with the fit of the left outboard end rib in the skin. With one side of the skin clecoed to the rib, the holes on the other side mismatch the rib by about a half hole diameter.
I think the problem is with the skin, as both A-705-L's supplied in the kit have the same problem, and both of those same ribs fit well in the right skin. I'm too frustrated and tired tonight to check for sure.
Left Aileron Clecoed and ready for drilling (except for lower side of the outboard end).
Trailing edge curled up when clecoes forced into mismatched holes.
