Brief Description:  Right Fuel Tank

Before installing the outboard end rib in the right tank, I sealed and riveted the T-410 nose reinforcement plate to the rib, and installed an AN470-6 rivet in the tooling hole and sealed it. I then installed and wet riveted the rib to the skin. Even with the factory heads of the rivets installing the reinforcement plate on the outside, a couple of them still interfered with the no-hole squeezer yoke when riveting the most forward top and bottom skin to rib rivets, so I had to touch up those two with the gun and bucking bar. After riveting, I encapsulated all the rivet heads, and ran the interior and exterior sealant fillets. I used a total of 52 grams of sealant on this rib.

After cleaning the exterior of the skin at the outboard end rib, I fit, trimmed, and permanently installed the outboard capacitance sender plate to the #6 rib.
