Brief Description:  Right Fuel Tank

Tonight I riveted nutplates to the six brackets that have them, and the three nutplates to the spar for the inboard bracket. After that, I temporarily bolted all seven brackets to the spar and marked the expected rib/baffle rivet hole centerlines on them.

After clecoing the baffle to the tank, and the tank to the spar, I marked the rivet holes on the inboard bracket, then removed the tank skin/rib assembly from the spar, leaving the baffle. I then marked the remaining six brackets through the rib holes in the baffle. I really thought I'd screwed up by ending up with the rivet holes too close to the edge of the brackets (red circles in photo 3), but checking again, the baffle had slipped a bit before I marked the holes. With the inboard holes properly located, I remarked the baffle holes in blue - pretty much right where they're supposed to be. This is just a trial fit; I'll match drill these through the baffle after match drilling and clecoing the baffle to the inboard and outboard brackets.

Rivets Tonight: 42
Rivets Total: 4552

My only mistake was thinking I'd made one; at least I hope that's the case...
