I found a short piece of particle board shelving and a piece of 2x4 in my scrap bin to fill out the bill of materials for my flange squaring tool. The bottom of the "pinch bar" is cut back11 degrees for the first half inch, then angled up another half inch to clear the stiffener rings. On the first try, I tried to radius the point but it came out too large. On the second try, I left it sharp and it seems to work fine.
