Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer Riveting - Part 4
Completed riveting the horizontal stabilizer.... at least I thought so until I went out to take the picture and noticed the clecos still holding the HS-405 inboard main ribs to the rear spar assembly.
Instead of moving the footstool along the bench and rotating the stab for riveting access, I moved the stab in the fixtures to the floor and propped one end on the footstool. This cut down on the time spent repositioning and gave better positions for riveting. It would have been easier on my back for it to have been higher, but I didn't take the time to rig up something.

It's a bit easier to reposition for riveting various sections with the stab in fixtures on the floor.
