Brief Description: Tested Left Fuel Tank NO LEAKS!!!!
RV10 ER TANKS COMPLETED W LEFT SIDE HAVING NO LEAKS ON THE FIRST TRY!
SOOOOOOOO..... I fianlly finished the fuel tanks and since the left one was fully cured I tested it with a balloon today. I sprayed the tank seals with soapy water and there are ZERO BUBBLES!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! It's like Christmas for me.
Knowing I will not have to mess around with disassembling and dealing with patching a leaky tank makes me so happy!!
I have been researching the balloon will need to stay inflated for leaks to be 100% confirmed.
I am almost positive I'm okay!
I will leave the balloon on all weekend just to be sure. Then Monday when I return home I will test the right side and hope for the same results. Happy building everyone.
