Brief Description: Left Tank Vent Line Proseal and Flared
I flared the end of each aluminum vent line to mate with the AN fitting on the inside of the inboard tank rib. I had to cut the tube 1/2" shorter to allow the 1/4" space on the outboard end of the vent line. I made sure the tube was bent properly and I then prosealed it to the snap bushings in the ribs. I torqued the nut and vent line to the AN fitting on the inboard rib and prosealed the hell out of it so it would not find a way to loosen. I will probably never see the inside of these tanks again so I want to make sure all is tight. Need peace of mind. Please see pictures below of today's work!
