Brief Description: match drilling wing J stiffeners
I cut the J stiffeners to proper length according to plans. I clecoed and clamped them place to the wing spar. I then match drilled all holes from the main spar into the J channels. I clecoed as I drilled to keep proper alignment,
The plans are kind of confusing with regard to the position of each stiffener. Both stiffeners are flush with the root and tip end of main spars and overlap in the center. The shorter stiffener rests insde the longer one.
Deburring and dimpling still have to be done before priming. That is all for the day
