Brief Description: Wiring ZipTips to CPC Connector
I used solder sleeves and 30' of wire to make my wiring harness for the zip tips. I used shielded MIL-27500 for all wing lighting wires to be on the safer side. I know 30' of wire is overkill but I just want to make sure I have enough. I used solder sleeves to make the waterproof secure connections, I also used a label maker to label the opposing ends of wire for later connection to panel. Nice and organized.
I also used heat shrink tubing over the joints to further increase the durability of connection.
