Right flap final riveting and assembly went well. PITA when riveting bottom skin to front spar. Getting hands down in between skins was a reach but it wasn't my favorite time:-( I placed a layer of blue masking tape before clecoing bottom skin to prevent scratching the spar with bucking bar.
Most of the rivets on main spar were set with the bucking bar laying flat and I just pushed it across as I set rivets. It went faster than I thought.
After setting top skin rivets I used a square aluminum bar to clamp trailing edge while the pro seal dried.This leaves the entire trailing edge perfectly flat!!! :-) :-)
After it was dried I final drilled #33 bottob skin. Set pop rivets and it was all complete.
Very SATISFIED WITH THE WAY FLAP CAME OUT. COULD NOT HAVE TURNED OUT BETTER!!!
