First I primed inside and out of the bellcrank pushrods. Made V block and drilled holes in bellcrank so they are perpindicular. Rivented rod ends on pushrods. Marked the holes with pattern in plans. I did the same think with rest of aileron actuation system. Riveted rod ends on and primed everything. Plans were a little confusing at first but after studying it for a bit I figured it out.
This is a pretty critical especially in the next step when I have to drill the bellcrank aft and forward on the 5/8" difference.
