Brief Description: Aileron Flap Gap Fairings Riveting
I attached the flap and aileron to each wing and then realized I forgot to install the gap fairings. I removed everything and riveted them in place. Plans were straight forward. Had to countersink the 6 most inboard holes on rear spar for flush rivets. I had to file the top skin jonts so they would be sitting side by side without any rubbing. It was only 1/64" at most. These fairings make everything much more rigid and the control surfaces match up pefectly:-) This is a picture of the right side. I did not take any photos of the left.
