Brief Description: Proseal Riveting 1004 Ribs to tank
Okay, so today was a long day with using this proseal. Getting use to using this will come with time but it is not as bas as I though.
I spent my entire day off today getting messy in the garage with proseal.... I finished all the left fuel tank1004 ribs. Pictured below you will see all ribs prosealed and riveted in place on the left wing. The top side of the skin was a little bit more difficult because of the reach further down the skin on a slight angle. I had to make sure my rivet gun and bucking bar were exactly positioned properly so I would not have any oopsies.
All went wel but it was very time consuming. I took my time but used the entire day to make sure this was done properly. I did not rush and I was extremely satisfied with the results.
I must of used 1/2 gallon of asetone and 50 pairs of gloves!
