Brief Description:  Read it and weep. 316NM Sets a new record

While Gary Hertzler is out of town, I had the opportunity to try his 65x76 prop that my good friend Jason has on his ez. I wasn't expecting a winner but boy was I wrong! This prop beats out every other prop in every single category other than fuel efficiency. But heck, I'm going for race speeds so who needs fuel efficiency? :) And on that note, my other blog update is another success. The hack is a winner! Take a look at the numbers I got yesterday at a density altitude of 3k ft. Can't wait to see what she does at sea level :)

Static RPM: 2570
Climb RPM: 2600
Climb Speed: 106kts IAS
Climb rate: 2300ft. min.
WOT RPM: 3240
WOT Speed: 207kts TAS
