Brief Description: Wet sanding and final pin hole hunting
I rigged up a balancing jig but leveling 2 sawhorses and using 3 3/4" aluminum tubes. It actually works extremely well as the prop is sensitive to the smallest of imbalances. I wet sanded the prop and contoured it better than factory new and was able to get it perfectly balanced. I then hunted down every single last gap and pin hole and tomorrow will be able to final sand and paint. Yes! Oh and Clear coat is on it's way. This prop will be perfectly balanced and gorgeous when I'm done :)
