I regret not getting a photo of the pipes earlier today for this udpate. Nevertheless, the overnight piston soak using the GM top end cleaner showed to be affective. 2 of the 6 pipes had a very black liquid coming out of them as this shows the cleaner was able to disolve much of the carbon on those pistons. Knowing this, I'm going to inject the cleaner through the throttle body as directed to clean it once again. I'm still only getting 2200rpm static when I've seen as much as 2350 in the past. I'll start by removing the air intake tubes as discussed in the last post to make sure enough air is getting in. After that, it will be a fuel and air issue to solve. I got my PLX O2 sensor kit and will be wiring it up here soon. THAT will shed light on everything :)
